The antenna is designed for 2m (146 MHz) Amateur Radio for those who are in that hobby, but can be adapted to other VHF or UHF frequencies up to 1 GHz with accomodations to change the pipe and fitting diameters.

Another interesting concept for those who would like to delve into the experimentation of antenna designs.
