Radio Frequency (RF) & Wireless Design

Are there any Arduino or Raspberry Pi users in the group ?

I have posted some information about the use of wireless and 'Thingy' RF modules from Nordic Semiconductor as well as 'hats' for raspberry pi (as embedded CPU) and 'shields' for arduino (as embedded MCU) boards in the Radio Frequency and Wireless group, but would also be interested in whatever projects that people are using these boards.

Recently i acquired the 'arduino for ham radio' and 'arduino for amateur radio' books to get a little deeper into the Internet of Things (IoT) as well as seeing what other unique sensor interfaces are out there.

One of the things that i would like to combine is IoT and solar are remote nodes. This is where LoRa (Long Range) sensor technology is heading as part of IoT and i can see where this folds nicely into remote sensing for many applications.

So any thing interesting projects or hobbies going on for anyone with these boards , especially the hat boards ?

Also considering modeling up some of the RF 'hats' that I posted the links to and would like to know if there are any that are of interest ?
