Is there any switch valve for directing air flow?

Hello, I am currently using a normally closed solenoid valve named CJV23 http://www.conjoin.com.cn/upfiles/products/201510/CJV23.pdf.

This means that to open it, constant current needs to be supplied to it. This causes a lot of heat and power consumption.
I cant use a normally open valve as it does not solve the problem.

May I request your kind help to find a switching kind valve that has 3 pins.
First pin is common ground/ positive.
Second pin opens the valve by passing current just for an instant and stays open.
Third pin closes the valve by passing current just for an instant and stays closed.

This contraption would save a lot of energy and reduce loss in the form of heat.

Kindly guide accordingly.
Thank you
Regards to all.
