Sheetmetal correlation Cad sheetmetal and raw material actual when manufacture

i have problem when make hooper in sheetmetal, the bending its no mate and not formed as i want. my question is, how to determine actual drawing and manufacture.?

Sounds like it could be bend deduction errors or bend radius of the material you are using in soldiworks make sure the sheet metal matches that you are using in real life. Check with the benders to see what bend rad and deduction they are using if you are unsure of the values.

Eu uso sempre o seguinte fator aqui no Brasil, o mais usado é o aço 1020 (A36). A regra infalível sempre e já fiz projetos de várias espessuras e aços, No Programa sempre utilize o raio da dobra o mesmo da espessura da chapa usada, com K44. Dá certíssimo
