I'm trying to design a part in sheet metal, i have a profile that i want to bend at points and follow the profile and make the surfaces meet for tabs, am i suppose to make the sheet metal part that it is going to follow or make the outside first and design around it. some methods cause it to have reference errors all the time while some have to be individually fixed to bring it back in to speck. I am using SolidWorks. Am i doing something wrong with the edge flange or is it with the reference sketch? i have tried way to many times to figure this out my self and I am getting annoyed.
