How arrangements influences the BOM, especially in Teamcenter integration?
Some items can be excluded in arrangements and therefore influence the BOM for each arrangement. So how this situation is handled in Teamcenter BOM?

I'm a little confused by this question.
If you have an assembly, then the BOM should reflect every component necessary to building that assembly. If different configurations are possible, then each of those configurations should be its own assembly, with its own BOM.
If you simply need to hide components from a view; say you don't need the component you built-to in the assembly, then go to the view you want to hide components in, Assemblies -> Context Control -> Hide Components in View, and hide out the components.
