Is there any mathematical formula for finding length of top tube, bottom tube, seat tube, etc.?

Google search will give answers. Why you do not try?

If you look in many bicycle brands websites, after choosing a bicycle model, for sure you'll find images like the one posted by Serhiy.

Although you can't use all the measurements they provide, otherwise your sketch will be over constrained. Use first the most important measurements like stack, reach, bb drop, angles of head tube and seat tube, ...

I am currently doing the same as you, let me give you some advice, what I did apart from looking for measures and ideas on the internet, I got two bicycles that were not used by some friends, with vernier in hand and measure tape, and disarm them, I suggest you do the same , investigate the type of bicycle, the relationship chain and sprockets, among other factors, if you have questions ask me with confidence I have already carried half of the project
