Geometry errors happen when your object is not manifold (watertight/airtight), so if you made it from multiple surfaces that have microscopic gaps that would cause that. Or if you have multiple bodies that are either intersecting or have gaps between them, that will also cause that kind of error.

I can't tell if your tubing is separate from the boxes, it the tubing is all one individual part that is intersecting both the cylinder, box, and the pyramid that would not necessarily work and would cause that error.

I would have to take a look at the model to give any recommendations. But I would start by doing an interference check, This will show where certain parts overlap and interfere with each other.

To do an interference check, go to the "Evaluate" tab then click on "interference check" make sure that you selected all of the components within your part.

Also on closer inspection of your image, you're missing a tube.

Can you please tell me what kind of simulation you are trying to run? is it conjugate heat transfer simulation? I need to know more about the natural of the process.

I'm trying to visualize the fluid flow in the system.

Ideally, the system should take in salt or brackish water at a certain volume, then after the water has gone through the solar collector which has its pipes heated by solar energy and other elements , the output should be clean water.

I want to see how much of water relative to the water stored that can be produced over a period of time

This is more than just a simple flow simulation ;)

This is a desalination / brine-water-evaporation problem that requires doing some engineering.

I'm not confident that this can be done using SolidWorks (maybe it can but I don't know that).

However, calculating the rate of water production (how much per time) is tricky but can be done mathematically, depending on many factors like:

1. Amount of heat fed to the solar collector
2. Overall heat transfer coefficient of the system

There are also within the above, many dependent variables like flowrate, initial temperature, ambient temperature, length of pipes, thickness, size of the collector, salinity of water, etc..

In fact, this is an interesting arrangement that requires doing some research work here and there.

Here are some research I have done.

I want to run a simulation before working on a physical system

The CFD analysis is to run a flow simulation to test how much of clean water the system can produce relative to the volume of stored water in the inlet tank over a period of time.

Assumptions are:

Flow is laminar 

Inlet water volume is 25L

Average Solar radiations of 35430 kJ/m2/day from an average 6.13 hours of sunshine

Pressure is atmospheric. 

Mass flow rate is 0.0001kg/s

Ambient temperature 25oC

Collector temperature 70oC

Thermal Conductivities of Absorber Plate and Coil Copper are 204 and 385 Watts m-1 ok-1 respectively 

Evaporator and Condenser temperatures sre 80oC and 25oC
