Why don't you add a Limit Distance Mate to the assembly, or add another KeyPoint to the animation at the end of the rotation with the distance's value.

If i add a limit distance mate, i can't simulate the part move. please show me how to add Keypoint to the animation ?

Why won't you be able to simulate the movement?

As for adding a keypoint, just go to the end of the rotation in the timeline and make the value of the distance as it was at the beginning of the rotation...

I think it has to do with the Concentric/Coincident(Holes) Constraint. Hence, it turns 180 degrees and inverts the axis direction when you pull the part in particular fashion.

Probable Solution: Try mating any 2 contacting surfaces (sliding in this case.)
