All the Professor has to do is look at the design tree and see if it's the same as others. Or if the Professor see similar, same or same patterns in the model. There are, depending on how complex the model is, there maybe several different ways to model the same model. Just do your own work and learn. Because there won't be help in the real world.

If you are submitting .SLDPRT files, it is very easy to discover who created the files.

The easiest way is to check feature properties. Right click any feature and select feature properties. There is the time, date and user are mentioned.
