Can someone please help

Hi guys, I've attached a drawing below, the flat pattern solid works generates doesn't work in real life. when cut and folded the edge gaps are huge, 5-10 mm. I was hoping if anyone has had this problem before they could post solution. or if anyone can see my problem please help. I've done loads of test cuts but all the same problem.
Thanks in advanced.

Hello Alex

Can you send me the original Solidworks data?
Then I can see where the problem is

Should actually work

Are you working with a test license from solidworks

Make sure the bend radiuses match the radius tool actually makes bending your part.
Also check your "K-factor" , http://sheetmetal.me/formulas-and-functions/k-factor/

hello Alex, the problem you have is really simple to solve, two ways to solve it, the first is to use some list of folding information from the many that are published on the internet, from this list you can get the inner radius of gluing with respect to the folding matrix that you are going to use and the k factor that you can use with this method is 0.4
It's not perfect, but it's very good
the other would be reverse engineering
With a cut of the material that you want to make the piece, make a U-shaped piece and then you relieve all the piece and draw it in such a way that it is perfect with respect to the physical piece, when you have it, you change the k factor until you obtain the development from which you left
then with the values obtained you create your piece

inner radius and k-factor
