How useful the solidworks certificates are?

I have a question, if someone isn't an engineer, but also is a good and creative mechanical designer, how useful the solidworks certificates will be to find a job opportunity especially in Europe and Canada

It mainly depends on your field of work...
If you intend to be an educator, it's a great way to stand out from the crowd and prove your knowledge (to a certain extent).
If you want to work at a reseller, it'll also be useful since you'll be expected to give training, product demos, presentations, etc.
As a freelancer, it's also a great way to boost your gigs and get more people to purchase your services.
It's also a great accomplishment to add to your resume and that can be helpful for any job you're applying for (in general).
