Just use "Save As" from file menu in SolidWorks, But i recommend using .PNG file format not .JPG, PNGs don't add compression artifacts
If you have AutoCAD, then it will not be difficult. Save the dwg file to pdf (using the print command). If there is no autocad, then you can search the Internet for online converters.
