In SOLIDWORKS there is a way to bring in a BOM. The program automatically labels each piece in your assembly based off of its name. Is there a way to auto note each piece in an assembly not through a BOM, but through the note command? It takes a very long time to label and type in each piece of my assembly. The program already knows what the name of the pieces are or else it wouldn't be able to make the BOM.
