Lines are blue so not fully constrained, add some dims, reference lines etc. to lock it in place.
Also, idk what is your next step, but in general i recommend as simple sketches as possible, how about making one sketch of the arm just a "sick drawing" where the finger starts and ends or connects to rest of the arm, then put each finger in its own sketch and constrain it to the "stick" sketch
