Hi, Are you designing for real world applications or as an exercise? There are many things you need to know to design a wheel rim. For example, you will need to know the dimensions of the profile that holds the tire in place. Here is a picture of one I have done recently. Once you have the profile, back spacing dimensions and tire specifications. the rim profile is just a revolve command around an axis.
