1. Create a sketch on the right plane.
2. Draw the side profile of the buttstock.
3. Extrude the current sketch mid-plane about 18mm-26mm.
4. Lastly, fillet all edges. Turn off tangent propagation and use maybe the G2 (curvature continuous) fillet type.

Note: This is going to get you started doing a buttstock in Solidworks until you learn lofting, boundaries and surface modeling. It is basic but will produce a result.
