Responsible for the overnight maintenance on company aircraft and timely dispatch at the end of Line Maintenance Visits.
Tasking of up to 70 unionized employees to ensure the proper skills were distributed amongst the aircraft maintenance task requirements and nightly teams were assembled to ensure the success of maintenance efforts.
Daily reporting on aircraft status to upper management.
Expediting of tools and parts from the distribution system to aircraft locations.
Teambuilding at the maintenance floor level despite the best efforts of some in upper management to alienate, punish and otherwise demotivate the workforce.
Created Microsoft Azure forms to replace paper forms filled out on a daily basis for every Aircraft Tow event which was aggressively ignored because... progress... pffftt...
Developed Microsoft Excel template and processes to control and track maintenance events that was aggressively ignored... as is tradition... because... unnnggg paper consumption gooood.

As one of the first degree programs to focus on this burgeoning field, the Bachelor of Science in Unmanned Systems Applications (BSUSA) focuses on the growth, innovative development, and effective use of unmanned system technology across the respective domains (air, space, ground, and maritime). The focused curriculum addresses major challenges within the industry, including interoperability, autonomy, airspace integration, communications, education and training, propulsion and power, teaming, and regulation.
Development track – Focuses on engineering and design aspects of unmanned systems.
BSUSA graduates will be prepared to help develop and apply the advanced technologies necessary to support the growing and dynamic needs of the industry. They will also be qualified to help guide the policies and regulations that govern this emerging field.
