Interference analysis in CRE-O Parametric. • Tolerance Stack up Analysis. • Design calculations, material selection, design for assembly etc. • Force and connectivity study for moduler switches. • Reverse engineering and benchmarking, Detail Design. • Proto Parts Development. Knowledge of Design/Concept registration & patent filling. • Engineering plastic and other Raw Material Understanding. • Interaction with CAE team. • Tooling/ Mold flow Feasibility. • DFM/Manufacturing feasibility. • Graining/Texturing Feasibility/Definition. • T0, T1&T2 – reports. • Build issue Management.
