1. Work with client and teams to identify the mechanical application and requirement.
2. Plan and execute mechanical designs by using 3D CAD software especially SolidWorks.
3. Apply and identify techniques such as sheet metal and CNC machining that suitable for the application.
• Perform simulations to virtually test and optimize the performance of mechanical parts.
4. Monitor the overall progress of work and conduct the mechanical design improvements at all times.
5. Collaborate with teams on software and hardware integration.
6. Build physical prototypes to test real-world operations using additive manufacturing such as Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM).
7. Conduct on-site support for providing technical assistance on machinery.
8. Manage the projects and distribute the on-site support tasks to my teams.
Design Mechanical Engineer

1. Operate a conventional milling machine for making the CAD drawings into the real objects.
2. Convert milling machine into lathe machine for manufacturing cylindrical parts.
3. Communicate with colleagues about any changes of CAD drawings during the progress of each project.
4. Utilize SOLIDWORKS to edit and change the design of each parts.
