Retired for about 2 years, I released my 7 implant line, 482 components, my swan song for the biomedical sector. Confidentiality contracts require me not to publish, however I have estimated about 20,000 people in Europe bring one of my systems, designed by me not mine. See you in the next life.

I started 3D modeling in Opel Motors in 1994, Bechau Germany with CATIA. Then I went to work at Autodesk, and consultant for Solidworks reseller. Designer of Biomechanics and machine tools, medical sector, molds, Packaging, robotics, 3D printing, animation for the presentation of large works. I have patented machines for carbon fiber recycling, burs for dental implantology, I have designed a total of 7 implant lines for 6 different companies with about 2500 total components, with design criteria, risk analysis and essential requirements. Class 1,2,2B medical devices.
Thesis on the application of automation on welding robots for high-capacity automotive. With 2 robots, the frame is completely welded, which is fixed on a swing arm on the 5 axes. X-ray of all the welds follows, then the carbon fiber body is assembled over the lower part of the chassis, which is always automated, centered with centesimal probes and fixed.
