The skull is the difficult part. It is best made in something other than a mechanical CAD program (which is much of the focus on this site.
That said, there are dozens of skulls in the library.
It would not be too difficult to add a steel plate, rivets, ear caps(?), chain, and whatever the "staples" on the mouth are.

O crânio é a parte difícil. É melhor feito em algo diferente de um programa CAD mecânico (que é muito do foco neste site.
Dito isto, existem dezenas de crânios na biblioteca.
Não seria muito difícil adicionar uma placa de aço, rebites, protetores de orelhas (?), Correntes e quaisquer que sejam os "grampos" na boca.
