The library has a few models you could use as a jumpstart to the project.
For example:
Electric Wheelchair (.iam, .stp)
Basketball Wheelchair (.iam, .stp)
Electric Wheelchair FWD (.iam, .stp)
If you have a good understanding of your final product, you may be able to pull parts and assemblies from other places and work them to fit on your design.
