Can somebody convert this SAT file to STEP or parasolid format?

Hello,
can somebody convert this sat to a compatible format (like parasolid or step). I can't see anything when I open it inside SW2019 but I don't get any error message neither.

Try this one, but the file content are only curves no solids, I don't know if that can be imported into Solidworks.

Thanks but it is not working. I can't open your step with solidworks
