Unless you have a Drawing of this Part, it will take some time.
I would suggest cutting a series of Non Associative Sections in the Z Axis. This will give you a number of Splines.
Simplify the Splines to get Curve data that you can work with.
I am not sure how accurate your Model has to be, but you should be able to get it to within 0.01 of a millimeter.
It may take you a few hours to get the Curves you need, but once you have them it should come together quite quickly.
