Can anyone please tell me how to rectify this error..??

Installation of CATIA GA level code fails on the first CD with an error message saying: Setup transfer has failed For more information, consult log file C:\....\Temp\cxinst.log In this log file the error says: File C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\Bxx\P2\intel_a\control\Manufacturing.toc was not found. The error message at times indicates other .toc (table of contents) type files.
