CFD-adding internal fan for air simulation in growing cabinet (inside fan, not inlet volume flow)

Hello, i am trying to simulate the affect of fan generating air circulation inside my growing cabinet, but it seems like there is no simple option for internal fan but only for inlet volume flow. the fan should spread the concertation of high temperature in the right area of the cabinet, without adding air from environment (as shown in the second photo). thank you for your attention.
