Creating the 4-axis (Rotary Table) NC Program or duct post for rotary 4-axis of VMC.

I have a VMC with Fanuc Control. can anyone create the programme for the attached model? The material is S.S. I want to machine the profile of the rotor.
Or can anyone send me post processor or Duct Post for 4 axis Programmes (Rotary Table)? It will be a huge help. Looking forward to the early reply.
