Ellipse with two different shapes

If I get this right you want to make a solid.Revolve the half base ellipse along the X axis (axis as shown on image) for 180 degrees. Then draw a rectangle and the section 2 profile on the X plane. Then extrude cut the area between the rectangle and the section 2. Do the same for section 1 on the Y plane.
