This is a very easy part to model. Have you tried to do it yourself? What are you having problems with?

(This part can be done in 4 features, with the last feature being a Shell)

A Screenshot with dimensions is attached. It is pretty detailed.
I was not sure of the radius of one fillet, but that's what happens with a bad drawing. Also wasn't sure of the units, so I guessed.

Check your CAPS LOCK and Shift keys, one appears to be stuck.
