First, not exactly the book you were looking for, but here is a link to the Injection Molding guidelines/tips from Stratasys:

I have worked with a few injection molded parts and had great success after a few trials. One helpful step for me as a design engineer was to work with the outside firms that were going to be doing the actual injection molding process. They were able to guide me through all of the features needed for the end product, and explain to me how they would best be accomplished through an injection molded piece (sorry if my word choice is confusing)

Secondly, I would definitely wait for some other mote active users stop by and see what you need. There are a few members who are very very very well versed in the injection molding process.

Third, Look at local community college courses, or anyone around the are that specializes in your preferred 3D modeling software.
