Hi I am having hard time in linking the two members . Here I have shown my unfinished work and the actual model. Can you please help to sort out this one.

Thank you for your answer. I tried but still I could not make it. Here I have attached my sketch. Can you please tell me where i am wrong. Also do you mind sharing only this particular extrude sketch in solid works. Again, Thank you

The simplest way is by making 2 extrusions as in the attached pics...

Note that in the "Sketch" pic, the lines are tangent to the 2 circles.
