I'm going to try and be helpful instead of a dick like Scott. If you have those parts already created in CAD, you simply have to mate them together. It looks like you have them floating in an assembly from the picture you provided. Simply click the paper clip icon up at the top of your assembly, then pick the faces you want to put together. The parts will begin attaching themselves to each other. That should get you started. If you would like a more indepth tutorial, search your SolidWorks help file for assembly mates.
