There is no way to create a part like the one shown as a folded model in inventor, and therefore no way to unfold it.
Based on my experience, you will end up with a number of circular blanks (one for each revolution of the screw), plus a partial one to accommodate any partial revolutions. I seem to recall using the Machinery's Handbook to determine the ID and OD, which were tweaked slightly after the first production run.
