how can i give color to part in the drawing sheet 2d

Click on the drawing view in SolidWorks. Look over to the left in the Drawing View Manager. In the display style area choose either shaded with edges or just shaded.
If you want to add custom colors to different drawing views, create different display states from within the assembly. You can access different display states by right clicking on the view and going to properties.
