how can i make a program from Solidwork design table configuration excel sheet for cnc machine plasma , 3D or 2D ?

I never got it working in realtime changing the values but i know there's a workaround (seen a video somewhere), but few years ago i made a cam module linking limitmate values in designtable to an assembly model of my mill i made it semi dynamic in the way that when i used the button i assigned from devmode in excel to drive the xy and z axis and when i went back to the model it had changed this is a video from solidworks that explains it all :https://youtu.be/rSeYL77cqBQ good luck !
