How can I model a roller in catia?

The main body can easily be modeled with the SHAFT tool to revolve a profile sketch.
If you have the Developed Shapes license, the centerlines of the ribs can be drawn in the flat and then FOLDED to wrap them onto the circular body. Then use the SWEPT tool to make the ribs.
There are several different methods to make the centerlines (such as Work on Support, Project, Helix) or a combination of tools.
