Not sure exactly what you are after but you will need material properties and the coefficient of friction between the two materials. I have been working with friction materials lately and testing wear rates. We look at the kinetic energy of the system, thermal transfers, friction coefficients, and mass changes. If the load is 10 N you need to know how fast the disc is spinning and the coefficient of friction between the two materials. I still don't think you can actually do a straight calculation but there may be some table look ups for the materials.
