how do i export data points generated in matlab into caia??

i m working on tool path generation for cnc machining for free formed surfaces .i have generated control points using matlab software for b spline surfaces .now i want to find cutter contact points.anyone have any ideas regarding this??those points i want export into catia V5 and joining them by splines to generate the surfaces.
