How I can convert a .SLDPRT file to IGEs or Parasolid, with out using Solidworks?
I received a .SLDPRT file in a mos recent vertion. I can't open it.

only you have to do is download a software named datakit cross manager . from torrent for crack too . and enjoy

Use GrabCAD Workbench. Upload you sldprt file to workbench then you can right click on the uploaded file and select "download as". You can download the file in the format of STEP, IGES, STL, Parasolid, ACIS, JT, or VRML.

It can be done with CrossManager (http://www.datakit.com/en/cross_manager.php).
It's a converter for CAD files. It support sldprt to IGES and Parasolid translations.

Can't be done...
sldprt needs to be opened with solidworks, only than can it be converted to another format.
unfortunately SW can't open newer versions
