How to add the piping library which downloaded from SW Contents to the database in SW routing library manager?
What steps should be done to be able to use the piping which downloaded from SW Contents?

You need to extract the zip file to C:\ProgramData\SolidWorks\SOLIDWORKS 2015\Design Library\routing\piping.
