How to control Drawing revision, latest drg and obsolete drg

i have at least 750 nos of assembly drawings in Autocad file.
each drawing save as different part no on my computer drive.

I want to a small software so we can main ten revision record, master list, obsolete drg, old rev. data and i want to show with other people only read only access.

If any drawing control software available so please send me link, software name.. with free ya small cost
