How to design a mannequin in Catia V5 and in Solidworks 2011? Can anybody provide a tutorial for this?

Dear Abhijeet!
CATIA has got special workbenches for ergonomic design and analyses, like human builder, human measure editor, ...
I found a small tutorial, like always the workbenches has a lot of features...
