Hi friend,
There's not much rendering options in solid edge,yet you can increase the quality of display and get into a rendering environment.
Just follow the steps.
1.Import the model to be rendered.
2.Go to the view tab
3.Click High quality or Rendering option from the drop down box near br view overrides.
4.Now you can can get a good & enriched environment with auto rendered.
5.Also you can make shadow,reflections,Sharpen the display in same view tab.
6.Also enrich the view by changing the part color by selecting the part and go to part painter in the view option.Similarly in the Assembly environment follow same procedures.
