How to machine/ do machining simulation of cast part in NX CAM in these cases (1) If I have machined/ finished part 3D model or (2) Casting (stock need to be removed) 3D model?

Is it possible to do Machining/ machining simulation of cast parts in NX CAM?
Also, is there any features to constraint DOFs (clamping) of the part, or do I need to design fixture?
