How to make 1/2" NPT PVC half coupling using Solidworks 2016.
Need to make half a coupling with tapered threads to add to another drawing. Or someone who could do the drawing for me.

It is the wrong size, but maybe check out how I made a 3" NPT connecting nipple: 3" NPT External (male pipe thread)
You can browse through the feature tree to see how it was made. A 1/2" NPT thread is going to use all the same steps, but the dimensions will be a bit smaller.
SW2016 also has the "thread wizard"... It sort of sucks if your goal is accurate threads foe manufacturing, but it can be great for making "threads" quickly for use in a drawing so the part "looks" like it has threads, instead of simply looking like a rod, or pipe.
