This platform isn't for selling CAD models, but for sharing them for free...
If you want to sell your models, try https://cgtrader.com
Files on this site are meant to be free. If members post partial models, or try to sell their models, the models are removed, and the accounts are often deleted.
There are many sites where you can sell designs, but this is not one.
You could still use this site for a bit of marketing. Post some models here which are free. In your profile (not on the model pages), you can post a link to more of your work which is for sale.
People on this site really like rendered models too. If you render your models, they will get more views.
