how to model rack and pinion steering system in any one of these softwares solidworks/catia/autocad ??

Try to master the software, than it is "simple" to design it yourselve.
How can you ask somone else "how to" design something you need.
I can explain to you how to make a cup of tea or coffee, or how to make an omlet ( with or with cheese and ham), but I can not (and I believe no one can and will) explain how to design a steering system)
My best suggestion to U is, do it yourselve and in the process learn from your efforts. Hope you will succeed, and since it is urgent, keep at it...
