i need help to understand everytype of fit used in assemblies in plastic , how much clearance shud be used to mate the parts i am very confused please guide my path . if possible wanna go deep

I don't know about Plastics, but in steels and other metals I find the greatest reference for all clearance and fits is the Machinist Handbook. Follow the guidelines based on sizes since the clearance changes with the size of the part.
