I need your advice:Can anyone please suggest me some tutorials for creating a model from orthographic views and specially SECTIONAL views in creo parametric 2.0?

I am encountering problems while creating model from orthographic(2-D)views and I can not interpret details from sectional view for sample I have attetched one picture of the problem statement
